As nice as it was to hear about Kanye working with some of the old heavyweights for thisnew album, it’s really wonderful that Bink! a) made the album and b) has one of the most beautiful productions on the album, though that should come as no surprise. Thinking back to the beginning of high school, the combination of Bink! and rappers from Philadelphia was an unappreciated wonder. His stubborn commitment to flipping 70s soul samples into bangers like “I Got Love” really works on MBDTF run of almost spooky songs about Yeezy’s lady troubles. It’s great that Kanye reached out to him.
